 Bushbabies Lodge Dinokeng – Cancellation Policy

At Bushbabies Lodge Dinokeng, we understand that plans can change. To keep things fair for both our guests and the lodge, please take note of our cancellation and postponement terms below.

📅 Standard Cancellations

Time Before Arrival	Amount Forfeited
14 days or less	❌ 100% of the total booking amount
21 days or less	❌ 100% of the deposit
28 days or less	⚠️ 50% of the deposit
35 days or less	⚠️ 25% of the deposit

🦠 COVID-19 Related Cancellations

If your booking must be cancelled due to a confirmed COVID-19 infection of a guest, your booking may be rescheduled once to another available date within 3 months of the original booking date.
No refunds will be issued, but your deposit will be carried forward to the new booking.

👥 Group or Exclusive Lodge Bookings

If you have booked the entire lodge for a private function:

• Changing dates for any reason will incur a 20 % fee of the original invoice total.
• Cancellations within 28 days before arrival will result in 100 % forfeiture of the deposit.

🔁 Postponements & Re-Bookings

• Any approved postponement must be re-booked and used within 3 months of the original booking date.
• If the rebooking is not used within this time, 100 % of the deposit or monies paid will be forfeited.
